Step 1: Find a Comfortable Position

Step 2: Start the Body Scan
Bring your attention to your toes. Notice any sensations, tension, or discomfort in this area. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any tightness or stress in your toes.
Move your focus to your feet, then ankles, calves, knees, and so on, working your way up through each part of your body.
Step 3: Relax and Release Tension

Step 4: Cultivate Mind-Body Awareness
